Monitoring and evaluation

Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) is considered as main component in any capacity building programs of the project. The focus of M&E includes assessing effectiveness of REDD+ training and capacity building materials, a pre and post evaluation of the various training activities, assessing application of knowledge and skills gained, and reporting behavioral change among the stakeholders, after the climate change and REDD+ training and capacity development programs. The project has also successfully conducted independent mid-term and end-term reviews focusing on its relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact/output, and sustainability. Four annual regional reflection workshops have been conducted to review the progress and collect the feedback from the partner organizations.
