RECOFTC’s 2007–2008 was a very productive year, but also a challenging one. As the fourth and final year of the 2004–2008 program, we were not only required to meet all the commitments made to our clients, strategic partners, and donors, we also needed to prepare ourselves for a new phase beyond September 2008. The organization successfully delivered on all major commitments set out in the four-year program plan and even exceeded some targets. This report looks at the progress the organization made for the 2007–2008 fiscal year.
