With the partnership and support of our donors and partners, the Center for People and Forest (RECOFTC), is embarking on a new Strategic Plan for the next 5 years to serve as guidelines for RECOFTC’s works in the Asia-Pacific region, including Indonesia. And this year has entered a new strategic phase, with strategic plans for the next 5 years. Located in the Sonokeling Room, Manggala Wanabakti, Ministry of Environment and Forestry (MoEF) of Indonesia, the launch event invited government representatives, especially from MoEF, donors, the private sector, and NGO partners both locally and internationally, as well as academics and universities.

The event was opened by the Director of RECOFTC Indonesia Country Program Gamma Galudra who expressed gratitude to donors and partners for their support so far for RECOFTC especially in Indonesia. The RECOFTC Strategic Plan for 2018-2023 was presented by RECOFTC Executive Director Dr. David Ganz.
